Our fishing and game charters cruise to some of the best fishing sites from Liquica, to Manatutu, and from Dili to Atauro. Our fishing vessels are equipped with all the essential electronics such as fish finder, depth sounder and GPS.

We will also provide all of your bait, rods & reels, and game fishing lures that you may need to catch Giant Trevally, Tuna, Snapper, Spanish Mackeral, Mahi-Mahi and other Pelagic species of game fish.

Snorkelling

Snorkeling is fun, safe, and easy aboard the The Imagine. Join us for a half day or full day underwater tour to the shallow, inner coral reefs located around the islands of Timor Leste and Atauro. See the colourful gardens of coral amongst the crystal clear waters and beauty of the Timor Leste landscape.

Sightseeing

Zanzibar is surrounded by the rich waters of the Indian Ocean. Billfish season runs Nov to March but these fish can be caught throughout the year. The abundant waters are rich with yellow fin tuna, dorado, barracuda and GTs the whole year round. Our packages for fishing include accommodation and meals as well as the chance of fishing around two islands in the Indian Ocean.

Game Fish Tours operates out of the North Nungwi area in Zanzibar . Our operation specializes in deep sea fishing in Zanzibar. The zest of our business is to reach serious, passionate anglers from around the world and offer them accommodation and fishing specials to make fishing in Zanzibar more affordable. If you enjoy fishing at its best and deep sea fishing is your passion, then Game Fish Tours is for you. If you have never been on the ocean and want to feel the thrill of landing a hard fighting tuna or big Giant Trevally we will teach you and show you how it’s done.

Our Boat

Karambisi is a 25ft Magnum game fishing vessel powered with two 140hp Suzuki engines. There is ample deck space for fighting fish, which includes a fighting chair with harness, necessary for the serious game fisherman. Karambisi has a toilet on board as well as sleeping facilities. This vessel is equipped with the latest navigation instruments such as Furuno GPS/Plotter, Navman Fuel Management System 3100, Navman C map and fish finder, Electronic compass and two marine radios as well as Structure Scan. The fishing tackle is comprised of Shimano Tiagra 30WA, 50WA and 80WA rods and reels spooled with IGFA yellow 15kg, 24kg and 36kg fishing line. There is also a selection of lures, feathers and rapalas. Karambisi is also equipped with 8’ Scarborough reels spooled with Berkley Whiplash Pro 37.8kg Dacron line for the fisherman who wishes to try his hand at bottom fishing. We also have fishing equipment for jigging and popping.
