Company Information

Magnet Fishing Charter was established and managed by Jason Furrugia and Juliean DeBrincat who both have boat and fishing backgrounds and have been hardcore anglers their whole lives. Thus the knowledge in fishing was passed to them by their elders in order to continue what they have started. Jason has been a licensed coxswain for over 15 years and in the process of gaining his Master 5 and M.E.D 3. He has skippered several charter boats chartering in places like Port Phillip, Bermagui, South West Rocks and Portland prior to having his own fishing charter. Juliean and Jason grew up in the midst of Snappers, Gummy Sharks and Whiting. The charters’ goal is to offer 2 charter trips ensuring that each of these trips gets a tide change and peek feeding period.

Magnetic Fishing Charter vessel, STUBBIES , is characterised with a wide range of state of the art equipment that includes Furuno 585 sounder, Lowrance G.P.S and all the things needed and important in conducting a trip which gives the passengers an assurance of safe trip and return. Each trip is accompanied by a skipper that will help the guest to have the best fishing spots to fish.
